eMotorshow.com is a social networking service that allows users to create personal vehicle profiles and connect with other users. Users of the eMotorshow service may also compete in monthly motorshow contests.
The eMotorshow.com Terms and Conditions of Use sets forth legally binding principles for your use of the services. By using the eMotorshow services you acknowledge the terms set forth and agreed to be bound by each of the terms as a member of the site and also as a visitor of the site. eMotorshow.com reserves the right to cancel the service at any time if the user violates any of the Terms and Conditions set forth. Furthermore, eMotorshow.com reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use (any modifications to the terms and conditions will be official upon its posting to the site). All users of the site are urged to review the Terms of Use regularly to ensure proper usage of the eMotorshow service.
- Term. The Agreement set forth shall remain while you use the eMotorshow service (as a visitor or member)
- Eligibility. You must be at least 15 years of age or older to use the eMotorshow service. By using the eMotorshow service you maintain that you meet the minimum age requirement.
- Password. Signing up as an eMotorshow.com member will require the user to select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use any account information of another user and also that you are responsible for all use of your account.
- Fees. eMotorshow.com reserves the right to charge for its services.

The eMotorshow service is for personal user use only and should not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or post any copyrighted material, trademarks, or any other eMotorshow.com identification information.
Content/ Content posted
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content you post on the eMotorshow service. The site assumes no responsibility for the content. eMotorshow.com also reserves the right to delete inappropriate content and/or cancel the membership of violators. Prohibited content includes content that:
  1. promotes harassment or violence
  2. contains telephone numbers and/or specific street address information (street address information is only needed for motorshow contest registration)
  3. promotes illegal activity or criminal activity
  4. contains nudity or a link to an adult website
  5. is false or misleading
  6. send junk mail, mass unauthorized email, or spam
  7. solicits passwords or personal identification information
  8. includes a photograph of another person or another person’s property without that person’s consent.
  9. promotes commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent (includes contests, sweepstakes, advertising)
  10. causes burden or harm to the eMotorshow.com service.
